I'm not very well these days.... Acute Pharyngitis @ sore throat which results bad cough and "missing" voice.. almost 4 1/2 days.
And yesterday I had a gastric .. a bad one!.. (rasa mcm nak pengsan kat ofis ni!).. Luckily the clinic is just 1 level down my office, accompanied by my kind hearted staff... took gastric prescription and lay down about an hour...
Pray for my health...
